Q: How long have you been in Business?

A: Welch Plumbing was established in 1997.

 

 

Q: Do you provide service other than plumbing?

A: Yes, under our “Services” tab, we list additional services provided that facilitate our mission.

 

 

Q: How soon can I schedule an appointment?

A: We try to accommodate every client’s schedule. Under normal conditions, the service is scheduled within 24 hours after the initial phone call.

Note: Emergency calls always take priority and are scheduled accordingly throughout the day.

 

 

Q: How much will the service cost?

A: Evert job is different. Great measures are taken at Welch Plumbing, Inc to ensure that each job/service is properly priced. For this reason, we do not quote prices over the phone. Once our technician arrives at your home/business, a diagnosis is given along with a quoted price from our custom price book. Q: Do you charge a service fee?

A: Yes, a dispatch/diagnostic fee is charged if we travel to a client’s home, diagnose the problem and quote a price for the service. If we perform the service quoted, the dispatch/diagnostic fee is applied to the service. You will not be ask to pay an additional dispatch/diagnostic fee on top of the quoted service price. If a client chooses NOT to retain our services, we will ask to be compensated for the fee agreed upon.

Note: Dispatch/Diagnostic fees are set by geographical locations in relation to distance traveled by our technicians.

 

 

Q: What form of payment to you accept?

A: We accept checks, cash, money orders, and major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Q: Do you offer warranties?

A: Yes, every service provided comes with a warranty. Please ask for specific detail when you call for service.

 

 

Q: Are you licenses and insured?

A: Yes, we are licensed through the State of Alabama

Q: Do you provide service on weekends or after hours?

A: Our normal hours of operation are

Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.

We try very hard to accommodate everyone’s schedule. If you have an emergency, we will try to provide our services in a timely and efficient manner.

At Welch Plumbing, Inc we love our family, as you do. We also enjoy spending time with our family so, when a plumbing problem arises please do not put it off.

Most plumbing issues (with the exception of an occasional emergency) will give you warning signs; do not ignore these signs.
